Who We Are

Cepin PBC (Pvt) Ltd is a Business Clinic based in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Unlike traditional consultants who deliver reports and disappear, we embed inside our clients’ organisations to design, install, and hand over operating systems that continue to work long after we leave.

Our model was born from a real problem we saw across Southern Africa: CEOs hiring consultants and vendors who deliver PowerPoints, late events, broken facilities, and failing farms — with no one owning the outcome. Our Directorship and Governance

Cepin PBC is led by a highly qualified team of directors who bring together decades of academic, financial, operational, and delivery expertise.

Dr Sherman Moyo

Dr Sherman Moyo

Dr Sherman Moyo holds a PhD in Accounting and Finance from the University of Lusaka and brings over 11 years of experience delivering Masters-level teaching in IFRS, Tax, and Auditing at Lupane State University, where he also previously served as Assistant Bursar.

Dr Moyo leads Finance, Operations, and Cepin Agrilab. His mandate is to ensure every client receives IFRS-standard financial dashboards, robust cash-cycle controls, and complete farm profit and loss accounts within 90 days.

Mr Bhekie Mpofu

Mr Bhekie Mpofu leads Cepin Eventslab, Cepin Facilab, and Hub Activation across the organisation. As our 90-Day Delivery Owner, Mr Mpofu is directly responsible for ensuring that every engagement is delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable results.
